After a player has reached level 99 and then has completed Quest: Martial Mastery, then they
will receive a key item in the game. And also after the completion of any home Nation
mission another key item will be receieved that is called an Atma. This is all
that is required for any player to then receive a free Empyrean Weapon
on this server. It should be noted that neither the Runefencer nor Geomancer
will be able to use Empyrean Weapons. It should be noted that both Ochain
and Daurdabla are note available. The Empyrean NPC is located in Lower Jeuno, which
requires players to have Rank 10 to access.
