After surving a few levels, gain another or go past level 10, then speak to the Moogle that is
located inside the "Mog House". Then travel to Lower Jeuno and enter zones using the staircase.
You will watch another cutscene. Travel into Windurst and zone using W.Woods or W.Waters.
Zone into W. Walls and then watch another cutscene. Now travel to either East or West Sarutabaruta.
Then you will need to make a selection for a kit after watching a cutscene.
