After a player has reached lvel 99 and then has completed "Martial Mastery", they will then receive
a key item in the game. And also after the completion of any home Nation mission another key item will be received
that is called an Atma. This is all that is required for any player to then recieve a free "Empyrean Weapon"
on this server. It should be noted that both Ochain and Daurdabla are not available. The Empyrean NPC
is located in Lower Jeuno, which requires players to have Rank 10 to access.
